Welcome to UTOPIA SPA, situated inside the Melville Hall Hotel in Sandown on the Isle of Wight  you will find a full range of spa facilities including Indoor Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna and Detox Cabin.

We also offer a wide range of treatments from indulgent massages and de-toxifying body wraps to beautifying facials and holistic therapies, all designed to help relax and revitalise. We also offer a selection of packages that combine different treatments to enhance that overall feeling of tranquillity and calm.

At UTOPIA SPA we recognise that the body and mind should be treated as one. All of our treatments are carried out by professional, experienced and caring therapists who will be pleased to guide you towards the treatments most beneficial to you. Whatever treatments you choose to have, our aim is to offer you a total experience.
